- Slow escape, often wide
Common causes
- MI (especially anterior)
- Degenerative conduction disease
- Drugs
ACLS treatment
- 1Transcutaneous pacing immediately.
- 2Atropine unlikely to help.
- 3Transvenous or permanent pacing.
