Common causes

  • MI (especially anterior)
  • Degenerative conduction disease
  • Drugs

ACLS treatment

  1. 1Transcutaneous pacing immediately.
  2. 2Atropine unlikely to help.
  3. 3Transvenous or permanent pacing.
