10 steps→
Adult Cardiac Arrest
BLS + rhythm check every 2 min. Shockable branch (VF/pVT) versus non-shockable (asystole/PEA).
7 steps→
Adult Bradycardia (with pulse)
HR < 50 with symptoms of hypoperfusion.
8 steps→
Adult Tachycardia (with pulse)
HR ≥ 150 with symptoms. Stable → rhythm-based drugs. Unstable → cardioversion.
5 steps→
Post-Cardiac Arrest Care
After ROSC: optimize hemodynamics, ventilation, and neuroprotection.
5 steps→
Acute Coronary Syndrome
Chest pain suggestive of ACS.
6 steps→
Suspected Stroke
Time is brain. Goal door-to-needle ≤ 60 min for eligible patients.
